Registration fees include:
Congress registration includes access to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks (as officially scheduled in the program), an invitation to the Welcome Reception, all congress printed materials, and a certificate of attendance.
The Oncofertility 101 Workshop is included in the full congress registration at no additional cost.

Payment
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by bank transfer – all transaction fees should be paid by the registrant.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked up until August 17th, 2026 – 100% refund (minus $50 handling fee and bank charges)
Postmarked from August 18th, 2026 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after November 1st, 2026

Liability
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congress of the International Society for Fertility Preservation (ISFP). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
